In today’s market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we exchange products, whether we provide shipping services, or about how we secure your personal data. We want our return policy to be as straight forward as possible. We realize an instrument is a major purchase for our customers and we want them to be satisfied with their purchase. We offer a 7 day trial on all instruments. At the end of the 7 day trial you are allowed to return the item for a full refund minus shipping cost if you are not satisfied with the instrument. Shipping cost will be no more then 50 dollars each way. If the item is purchased no shipping will be collected.
If you decide to return the instrument please take care and package it the way it was sent to prevent any damage to the instrument. Instruments ship very well if time is taken to package them correctly.

How long are instrument trials?
We allow our instruments to be inspected and played for up to 7 days after delivery of instrument.
If I can’t find what I am looking for, does that mean you don’t have it?
Absolutely not...we get several different instruments in weekly. Please contact us and let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to obtain it for you as soon as posible.
What happens if the instrument is damaged during the trial?
If the damage is not shipping related and (which must be reported the same day of receipt) and was caused by the customer. We will bill you for all damage that has occurred. The damage will be done by OUR repair technician to ensure it is adequately repaired. If the damage is not repairable you will be responsible for covering the entire cost of the instrument.
Who covers the shipping cost?
If the instrument is purchased after the trial no shipping cost will be collected. If the item is not purchased the customer will be responsible for for covering shipping cost...approximately 40-100 total depnding on distance from Ohio.
Paying for instrument
Item will be paid in full prior to shipment. This amount is fully refundable minus shipping cost if item is decided to be returned at the end of the trial. We will accept credit card with 3% fee, cashiers check, and Cash.
What if I have questions or concerns?
Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your instrument purchase. We will promptly address your questions or concerns via phone or email.
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the domestic USA. We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii but there will be a shipment surcharge (please contact for estimated shipping cost). We do not ship internationally at this time.

All of our products are serviced by a professional technician with over 40 years of experience repairing double reed instruments. We allow a 7 day trial to play and inspect the instrument and ensure you are completely satisfied. After the 7 day trial and the decision to purchase the instrument has been made ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Our Shipping Policy
What You Need to Know
All items will be shipped to you via Fed Ex with a signature required. It is recommend that if you will not be available for delivery you contact fed Ex and request the instrument to be held at your local Fed Ex store. Upon receipt of the instrument I request that you let me know the instrument arrived safely with no damage from instrument. I will not be responsible for any damage to the instrument after the instrument is reported to have arrived safely from your report.
Item shall be returned promptly if decided to not purchase after the 7 day trial. I can provide a prepaid return label for you and deduct this cost from the refund amount...otherwise it needs to be returned with either Fed Ex or UPS with signature confirmation at your expense.
