This is a vintage Heckel bassoon from the late 1890’s. It’s serial number is 3883. It is not currently in playing condition. This bassoon will need a total overhaul and a crack on the tendon repaired. It is overall in good shape considering it’s age. No bocal included and case in poor condition with a zipper that doesn’t  work but is structurally sound.
